A Self-Isolation Reading List
My approach to reading when I have virtually unlimited time like right now is a bit different than normal. Usually, I am reading about 4 books at a time and pick one to read every evening before bed depending on my mood. One of them is almost constantly for Mortality book club, and the fifth book that you can count on my reading is, of course, Infinite Jest. What’s different here is that I have gone ahead and finished books more methodically, so that now I am only reading 3 books: IJ, a kindle book, and a book book. This pattern is the same one that I expect to carry on with throughout the duration of my self-isolation experience.
I will update this post as I continue reading, with the goal of reading 10 books, cover-to-cover.
